To prepare Mushroom Corn Masala you need:
250 gm mushroom
150 gm corn seeds
250 gm tomato
1 piece ginger
2 green chilly
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp red chilly powder
salt to taste
1/2 cup butter
To make mushroom corn masala you need to soak the corn for 3-4 hours and then strain it. Next boil the corn and then keep it aside.
Cut the mushrooms into four pieces, chop the onions finely and cut the ginger into thin long slices. We continue by cutting the green chilies into 2 lengthwise, the tomatoes into small pieces and the capsicum into cubes.
The coriander needs to be chopped finely and the garlic grinded.
Next heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion until it has that beautiful golden color. Add the garlic paste, the tomatoes and the red chilly powder. When the vegetables are ready you can add the mushrooms and the corn seeds. Sprinkle salt and simmer until the mushrooms are soft and golden.
Add capsicum and lemon juice over the vegetables and continue to fry them only for a minute. Remove the pan from the flame.
You can serve the Mushroom Corn Masala hot with ginger, green chilies and coriander.
